Ros was selected in this prestige award as the Western Regional Social Entrepreneur, recognized for her entrepreneurial spirit and considered a role model for other social entrepreneurs and not-for-profit enterprises. The Entrepreneur of the Year 2006, Western Region Award dinner was a memorable night of honoring Australia's most finest entrepreneurs. Ros Worthington OAM, CEO and Founder of the Breast Cancer Foundation of Western Australia Inc, looked radiant as she stepped onto the stage to receive the Western Region Social Entrepreneur Award. Ros now takes her place as a regional finalist, having demonstrated superior entrepreneurial ability in her non-for-profit enterprise.
